  • How do you handle product conditions that don't match what the customer indicated?

    Buying back devices via the mail can be tricky, especially when the condition the consumer indicated does not match the condition after you triage the product. How do you handle these situations? Do you give the customer less money? Do you pay them the same for good will? Do you ship the product back to them?
